WORKSHOPS

Our Group Workshops combine short lectures with physical movement and cooperative problem solving activities for collaborative health-based team building.
Three-hour workshops are held four times per year, either at your facility or off-site location. Each employee receives supplementary worksheets and follow-up emails from Heroics Trainers to guide ongoing maintenance.
