The most powerful tool in successful life design is practice. What we practice builds our skillset and mindset.

Mindset is critical when it comes to accomplishing goals, and realizing a long term vision.

We care because we believe healthy people build healthy communities. We know that people are creative, resourceful and whole and everybody has the ability to transcend a difficult situation. We know that every person faces challenges unique to them, so unique practices need to develop from them. We believe consistent healthy practices are the foundation for a healthy life.

ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

Our goal is to deliver a unique training experience that goes beyond the traditional idea of fitness and exercise. Our program creates a positive shift in all aspects of health. We stress the importance of balancing activity, rest, nutrition, work, and play.

In the typical session we focus on mindset, strength training, mobility, cardiovascular and other fitness activities, as determined by the needs and goals of our clients..

THE MASTER'S PATH PROGRAM

The Masters path is an invitation to pursue a path of learning and self-discovery. This is a journey of personal growth and transformation that will reveal hidden strength, illuminate your blindspots, and help you develop your leadership skills.

 

In the goalless pursuit of mastery the student knows they are always at the beginning of their training. This rigorous program will require a deep commitment to practice and a dedication to your WHY. “The Master’s Path”  is  designed to empower you in building your vision of an extraordinary life.

Our South Lake Union studio is located at the corner of Westlake and Denny, upstairs from Whole Foods. Our Initial assessment consists of three sessions for a one-time cost of $500. One-on-one training sessions are 40 - 60 minutes and can be held up to three times per week. A monthly commitment is required.

SESSION FEES

$80 - 120 per session 

 

SQUARE PAYMENT DETAILS


We use SquareUp.com to make it easy for clients to schedule one-time or recurring credit card payments. All invoice balances are due by the seventh day of the month. A $25 late fee is applied monthly to any outstanding balances.

NO SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATIONS


Clients who do not provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule training sessions are responsible for paying the full session rate.
